1. Subscription & License

Dentalji grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for your dental practice. This license is valid as long as your subscription is active and paid for.

2. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree not to use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must ensure that your use of the software complies with all applicable laws and regulations regarding patient data privacy.

3. Payment & Billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Payments are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dentalji be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
