2. Description of Service

DentalJi ("we", "us", or "our") provides an online marketplace that connects dental professionals ("Dentists") with dental clinic owners ("Hosts") who wish to share their clinic infrastructure ("Services"). DentalJi is a technology provider and does not own, control, or operate any dental clinical services.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Dentists must maintain valid licensure and malpractice insurance where applicable.
• Hosts must ensure their facilities meet all health and safety regulations.

4. Payments and Fees

Booking fees are collected by DentalJi at the time of reservation. We may charge a service fee for facilitating the transaction. All fees are clearly displayed before booking. Cancellations are subject to the Host's specified cancellation policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

DentalJi is not liable for any clinical outcomes, injuries, or disputes arising between Dentists and Hosts. We act solely as the venue for facilitating the booking.
