Clinical Responsibility
The visiting dentist (User) retains sole responsibility for all clinical decisions, patient care, and outcomes. The clinic owner (Host) provides the infrastructure but does not interfere with clinical judgment.
Verification Policy
To maintain the integrity of our ecosystem, we mandate:
- License Verification: All visiting dentists must hold a valid license to practice from the relevant Dental Council.
- Facility Standards: All host clinics must meet standard hygiene and operational guidelines.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes regarding bookings, usage, or payments, DentalJi acts as a neutral arbitrator based on the evidence provided by both parties (digital logs, check-in/out times).
